2011年7月KHS全國鋼琴國小組比賽
今天下午一點女兒參加KHS功學社全國鋼琴比賽國小組比賽。仍然像平常一樣，她好像還是吊兒啷噹，前一晚還在玩ipad和即時通，早晨鋼琴老師要她去練習也是叫了半天才起床。
我對小朋友學才藝一向是自由派，喜歡就去，不喜歡我就省錢。老師有幾回和我談學習進度，有點小埋怨回家都沒有練琴，我總是說學琴是為了快樂，又不是為了當飯吃、當職業選手，所以高興就彈二下，不喜歡彈就算了。老師再多說幾句，我就說，如果學的不快樂，那就不要學了，也無所謂。老師一看我這隨興至極的老爸，又唯女兒命是從的老牛爹爹，生怕多說了會少一個學生，也就因著我們的tempo教學了。
老師不知道是不是刻意安排女兒參賽，因為女兒在同儕之中，雖然彈的不差，但算不上是最好的，老師總是說：「妳家女兒有潛力，她練的少卻不輸給苦練的人，常會氣壞苦練的人。」客套話嘛！我總當不得真的聽聽，禮貎性的回應二句也就ＯＫ了。因此，這回比賽，我們也是當成給女兒一個練習大場面的機會，算共襄盛舉吧！
從環河路開車到了ＫＨＳ蘆洲大樓地下停車場，再搭電梯到了比賽大禮堂，女兒同一個音樂教室的家長和學生都早早就來了，原來同學一向表現優異，緊張的早上六點就起來練，我一看家長蓬頭垢面的模樣，這可不是只有學生一個緊張而已了。
開始比賽了，女兒還是看不出來緊不緊張，她從小就不怕大場面，人多人少都是酷酷地沒表情，所有的情緒都壓在心底，這個性倒是隨我隨神了。記得第一次在二千多人前演講比賽時，幸虧有個講桌遮著，要不我那不聽使喚抖個不停的雙腿可要丟光我的臉了，我那次在二十多個人中拿了第一名，那女兒今天呢？
比賽終了，我和妻認為還是志在參加的成分多一點，同學的媽媽緊張的擠在大廳最前端等著看分數和名次揭曉，老婆和女兒在人群外圍，我則在外面等，不和人擠在裡面。
過了二十分鐘，老婆滿臉狂喜又忍住笑聲的伸出手掌來向著我走出來，原來女兒得了分組第五名，是她們音樂教室的最高分，五位評審給的評語都是生動、有力、有潛力。老實講，這真有點出我意外，但也真的很高興，再看看女兒，也很高興。但我們很低調，因為她的同學已經開始啜泣，家長也難過到不行，讓我在她向我恭喜的時候都不知道該說些什麼。
小朋友還小，有興趣的事就平常心去做、去玩，人生自有各自的緣分，強求也是不得，不如求其放心，才能自得心開的發揮潛力。還有，女兒以後沒有得名，我想我們一家人也不會在乎，而且，雖然拉痢頭的兒子自己的好，我們還是覺得女兒同學彈的很棒。
Dear Brother Tian Tian,
Congratuation on your daughter has got the merit from the piano competition,
she is being the 4th runner for such competition, well done！
My daughter can play piano too,
But, since she obtained the 5th grade pianoforte from the Royal School of Music,
then she no longer to excerise the piano again.
I think she would be forget to play the piano,
she is relevant to ~ "Don't know how to play".

Ha Ha！蘆洲 ~ I have been there for studying before 40 years ago.
In the year 1971 to 1972, I have gone to study at the "Overseas Chinese Preparatory School" (In Chinese name ~ 國立僑生大學先修班)
The school was in 蘆洲 exactly.
After finished the studying, I was accepted by the National Chengchi University.
Then, I went back to Hong Kong for vacation,
Soon, I have got a job in Hong Kong as during the vacation.
Hence. I did not go back to Taiwan again, as well as have not report to the National Chengchi University until today.
But, today I miss 蘆洲 very much！
Brother Tian Tian, would you please tell me the status for 蘆洲？
What is 蘆洲 look like today？ Before 40 years ago ~ 蘆洲 was only a village.
[版主回覆07/20/2011 18:12:26]the school you studied, is now National空中 unversity , specially for those can only go to school only on sat/sunday. the lecture on the web thru computer, they go to the unversity only once or twice a month.
蘆洲now has may high building and MRT 地下鐵too , it is no longer the village when you were here. The river side of it also beautiful, bike/jogger road are also well built, it stretch all the way down to 桃園石門水庫,and even futher to south ....
Taiwna now is really nice place...I think, and I beliver...

我家兩女只差一歲 小女孩嘛 也是音樂 舞蹈 美勞....東學西學的
鋼琴是從幼稚園大班彈起
這是一段漫長的戰爭 直到大女國2 小女國1
結束每天一人2-3小時的練琴 整整八年(特地換隔音窗 以免影響鄰居)
期間也去比賽 我和您一樣不在乎
只想她們多個興趣(還真昂貴) 最後的專業老師1200/小時
那時她們姐妹的四手聯彈 常是音樂班和學校的招牌接待表演
現在~~~鋼琴送朋友(他女兒受我女兒的~感動學琴)
偶爾 到有鋼琴的朋友家 姐妹還會彈個一兩首
坐在琴旁 說良心話 我是覺得會突然有光

好像上了國中功課一重了就很多事做不得了。
您說的對，還真是昂貴，這世界什麼時候變成這麼多小孩學琴？
二位千金聯手一定很棒，如有錄影，倒可以分享。。

小六能彈得這樣算是很好了, 在國外學琴更沒壓力, 所以進度更慢.
我看她走路的樣子, 應該還是有點小緊張, 只是嘴裡沒講!

現場那好幾百萬的鋼琴是我們要女兒好好彈的動力，可買不起，家裡也裝不下偌大的琴。
學雜藝本來就是陶冶性情，不要太大壓力，好玩就好了。
Look at the brand of the piano, it is the "Steinway & Son".
This is the most richest piano over the world.
Recently, the competition held at Lu-Zhou (蘆洲) which providing the richest piano for the event.
Referring to the class for such piano, it can be proved Lu-Zhou is no longer the village now.
40 years ago, I went to Lu-Zhou must go by bus from Taipei City. The bus stop was in front of the door at the Taipei Post Office.
Now, Lu-Zhou has already upgraded to be a town.
I miss the night market at Lu-Zhou, we went there always to watch movies and shopping.
I have searched from the web site, getting to know that my school has been moved.
I always live in the busy city like Hong Kong. So, I would like to live in village rather than to live in city.
[版主回覆07/21/2011 12:25:14]I have little idea about "Steinway & Son"., only knew that it is a expensive brand. No wonder my daughter can play so well than exercised at home.
Taiwan still have a lot of country side village all around the island, and there are also many aboriginal people village in the moutain area, it is also worth to visit. We tour a lot to those place, sometime only for a lunch-time-stop.

Isn't it really caused by the expensive piano ?
I don't think so, your daughter must be well prepared, and has got so many experience for competitions at school, no mater the competitions are singing or piano playing.
[版主回覆07/21/2011 13:14:49]I think she has prepared well, just like her school exam, she always palying , and said she already studied hard, which I doubted. but the turn out always not so bad...she even got a award from the city hall when graduated from primary school..
Somebody study hard always, some study hard for a short period only always, and leave the time to do something they like to . My daughter is the later one.
真的學琴只要快樂學,我想到以前的老師管教很嚴格,讓我就很排斥鋼琴...但現在長大了,想想老師他們也是很花心思教導,因為他們也是一路這樣過來,看到有資質潛力的學生難免都會想挖到寶藏一樣...就像我父親說的,沒資質他根本不願意教,因為收了錢總是心裡不踏實...不過雖然我也幻想我女兒能夠也能像妳們家千金一樣,有過輝煌的學習經驗,但最終路也是她們自己選擇 [版主回覆07/21/2011 13:17:19]

Your are enjoying your daughter of playing the piano at the KHS - Luzhou.
I was watching the "Ping-Pong Ball Competition For All The Village".
But, 40 years ago, there would not have the large building like KHS.
We were standing in the hall for "Luzhou Village Committee".
Those days, there were 2 schoolmates they came from Hong Kong,
both of them have joined the Ping-Pong ball competition.
I went to watching the competition was because of gone to support the schoolmates.
They haven't let me disappointed ~
Finally, one of them has got the champion, the other has got the 1st runner.
I think there should be very popular for the piano at schools in Taiwan.
I can see there are too many people talking about piano.
Recently, the learning of piano becomes less popular in Hong Kong.
Since the year 2005 , the Education Authority of Hong Kong has announced that :
“ One musical instrument for one student ".
And, there was listing the musical instruments,
for example : violin, flute, pipe, lute, fiddle, zither, harmonica .... and etc.
It is so bad, the piano is not on list.
Hence, the students of learning piano are going to be decreased.
Then, some piano teachers have been redundancy.
Brother Tian Tian, your daughter can play piano, so can you？
If not, then what kind of the musical instrument do you like to play？
[版主回覆07/22/2011 11:36:58]I've no idea how popular it is here in Taiwan, playing piano.
Like HOng Kong, every primary school student have to learn one , at least flute. Piano is not so convient for most of the students, we are lucky to have a piano class neighbor.
I can play Guitar long time ago, and play harmonica well , may be sometime play hamonica when running marathon, and show on the vedio..
It may be the piano is not conveniently for carrying,
therefore piano is not on the list for "One student one musical instrument" scheme.
In Hong Kong, the target of learning piano is going ahead to join the examination for "The Royal School of Music".
They have 1st to 8th grades and the Performance Grade for the examination.
The examiners are usually the Englishmen or Englishwomen,
therefore every candidate must be able to speak in English.
Brother Tian Tian is a harmonica player. So, me too.
I always bring along with a harmonica for go to trail walk,
I have blowing the harmonica when there is a mess on the way of trail walk.
I have three kinds of harmonica, they are tremolo harmonica, chromatic harmonica, and the 10 holes harmonica.
Recently, I like to play the chromatic harmonica. because the voice is more beautiful.
It is so bad, I like to sing English folk songs, but I don't know how to play guitar.

I used to play guitar to sign the English old song as well as 民歌。。。
I might to exercise guitar again , because we have a free gift from my sister..

孩子不對盤好像多了總會有一個是這樣子，我也不是一直順遂。
我想因為二牛不對盤，所以小牛就特別對盤，這可能是我們大人調整的關係，但以中國人說的緣來講，就是緣分的關係了。
以您的心胸和淵博學識，孩子會很佩服這位老爸的。
沒練習就可以彈這樣~的確是會嘔死很多從早練到晚卻成績平平的學生及家長
不過那個老師教到你女兒也很幸運呀~你們都不給壓力~那老師也可以光明正大的偷懶齁

我們還真是不給壓力，不過得獎的獎狀是二張，一張給參加者，一張給指導老師，所以老師應該也會努力以赴吧！

For those days when I studied in 僑大
There were two schoolmates who came from Hong Kong and Burma.
They were the good guitar players as well as can sing.
Every evening, they went to sing English songs at somewhere in the campus.
I liked to sing together with those schoolmates always,
hence I love the songs in English, particularly like to sing folk songs.
Following folk songs which I like to sing always ~

(3) Dona Dona
(4) Country road
(5) Today
(6) Carry on till tomorrow

Sorry for getting away from the main theme of this blog. During a bull-shit session with my friends, we talked about the “[naval] flag officers” that they are authorized to fly their flags when they abroad a ship to show they are in command, 真 是威風八面, 各官聽令. Then they told me that maritime pilots have their flags to fly. Can I ask you the following questions regarding the pilot flag. Do you carry and fly your pilot flag? What is the protocol for flying the flag? Are you telling the other ships that “大帥坐鎮, 各船迴避’ by flying the flag? Your video taken in the bridge sounded like the Judge Bao's court opening session except you don't display the execution tools.

Yes, there is a pilot flag, whenever pilot on the boat, the boat will fly the flag showing that ,mainly for the ship awaiting pilot, this boat transporting pilot.The big ship, when pilot on board also flying pilot flag, this is by international and local authority law, and every ship prepare their own pilot flag.
It is ok to astray from the main subject.....only for fun anyway..
小朋友學才藝..要有天份..如果學了..沒有自動自發的興趣..那不如不學..大娃曾經學音樂..發現她有天份沒興趣...不強求...現在反而是畫畫在學校得了一些獎...小娃目前學音樂及畫畫..發現她的自發性比姐姐好,也許就會讓她繼續學...恭禧,尼家的小朋友表現優異..果真有天份. [版主回覆07/26/2011 19:27:27]

妳說的對，就依著小朋友的興趣去吧！ 我家小朋友也不知道學到哪兒為止。
原本以為國中就要告一段落了，現下高中又不考了，看來學費有得繳了。
小朋友喜歡學，樂在其中很重要，否則強壓驢喝水是沒有用的事。

最近托兒所老師一直問我要不要讓小金剛上整天，因為主要課程都在早上，可是我回老師說，小金剛我不想讓他學這麼多東西，以前我們唸幼稚園總覺得要學好多東西哦！
不是很快樂，我比較想讓小金剛快樂一點！
其實主要課程有沒有學，我倒不是認為有這麼重要！
下午有一堂課我倒認為重要多了！
那就是危機處理，這比任何課都來的重要，會不會做人、會不會危機處理，比起功課好不好來的重要多囉！
所以我超贊同天天大哥的理念啦！
